Lovely staff

I wasn't really looking to get a car, but since mine was dying on me I thought I would treat myself for a chance and after seeing the VW Golf advertised online. The car was advertised as a yellow colour, but when I saw it in person, it looked a lot better than online. All of the staff that I met were perfect to deal with and really professional throughout.

Very polite and responsive to calls delivered a our new merc and couldn't be any more impressed with them or the car. I am well pleased.

Very friendly and accommodating.

I wasn't able to view my vehicle immediately but Chrome Motors where very accommodating and held the car until I could get to them. Subsequently the car was exactly as described so a sale was agreed.

Excellent Customer Experience

I decided to sell my car to Chrome Motors as they offered me a very competitive price and the whole process was handled professionally and easily. As a result when it was time to purchase a car, I went straight to Chrome Motors who had a broad selection of cars to choose from.

I did my homework

I did my homework. Being a family firm, I felt they looked after me well. I've dealt with bigger firms before, but I find smaller businesses tend to offer a more personal touch, and I felt very well looked after.

Great service, very happy.

Bought a BMW 1-series convertible 3 weeks ago from Chrome, and am very happy with the purchase. They are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others and would buy another car off them.

Great company to buy a car from

What a great company to buy a car from purchased a handsome Volvo XC90 fantastic car all as described, presented nice and clean on collection with all the documents supplied service history, 2 keys even the key for the towbar. A special thanks to Natalie and Dom for making sure everything was perfect on collection.

Definitely recommend

Very professional...I forgot to exchange my documents and they came to my home to collect them...And if in the future if I want to change my car I would definitely go back to Chrome, I would highly recommend them.

Getting on well with my Land Rover and very happy with it so far. The customer service was excellent and the car was even delivered to my door, so I didn't need to go anywhere. When it arrived, it was spotless, both inside and out.

Everything was seamless and stress-free. It's those little touches that show how much they care about their customers. The delivery was handled smoothly, with the person who delivered the car being incredibly helpful and friendly.

Absolutely first class

It's easy to say all good things when you buy a car and you're happy but these guys were absolutely incredible.

Danny organised getting the car ready just after it had arrived with them and wow..... absolutely as it was described.

I went to several dealers and drove away because the car wasn't as described and on occasions didn't even go into the dealers as the look of the place and people didn't fill me with confidence.

I went into this dealership and everything was amazing... the cars were lovely.. the place made me feel comfortable and nothing was too much... needless to say I bought the car and couldn't be happier... thank you Danny, Colin and the team for my sons first car... he loves it.

Brilliant from start to finish, I would recommend them to anybody, no punches pulled tell you as it is which is my kind of people. There was a small issue with the windscreen washers which they sorted before I picked the car up. I have previously purchased from them and will do it again.
